It is easy to apply and will quickly dry to a gloss finish. Top Seal is water based, making it possible to wash and seal on the same day. It is UV stable and suitable for interior and exterior applications.

Top Seal is used on porous surfaces that need surface protection. Top Seal may be used on medium to high porosity terracotta, slate, natural stone, quarry tiles, cement and terrazzo tiles.
