Top Seal is a tough and durable surface sealer that protects a tile’s surface from wear & tear. It may be used on Terracotta, Slate, Cement and Vinyl tiles.
Top Seal’s pure formula gives it superior durability and finish. It is used whenever protection from traffic is required.
It is easy to apply and will quickly dry to a gloss finish. Top Seal is water based, making it possible to wash and seal on the same day. It is UV stable and suitable for interior and exterior applications.
Top Seal is used on porous surfaces that need surface protection. Top Seal may be used on medium to high porosity terracotta, slate, natural stone, quarry tiles, cement and terrazzo tiles.
