Deep Seal goes beyond surface-level protection by penetrating and bonding with the tile, reinforcing its structure and safeguarding it from everyday wear and tear. Ideal for low to medium-porosity tiles such as Terracotta, Black Slate, Marble, Granite, and Porcelain, Deep Seal enhances the natural colour of the tile and dries to a beautiful matt/sheen finish.

With its UV stability, Deep Seal can be confidently used for both interior and exterior applications. It effectively repels stains from liquids, ensuring that spills can be easily cleaned as long as they are attended to promptly. Please note that Deep Seal is not suitable for damming or pooling water.

The convenience of Deep Seal extends to its easy and accurate mixing. The product comes in pre-measured quantities, allowing for hassle-free preparation. Available in 1L and 5L options, Deep Seal offers ample coverage, with approximately 7 to 20 square meters per litre, depending on the porosity of the tiles.

To achieve optimal results, it is crucial to follow the application tips provided. Thin and even coats are essential when using Deep Seal, ensuring a seamless and uniform finish. It is recommended to wait 10-14 days after tile installation before sealing and to thoroughly clean the tiles from grout, cement, oil, wax, and other stains using appropriate Tile & Floor Care products.

Before application, perform a test in an inconspicuous area to ensure desired results. Protect adjacent surfaces by masking them off during the application process. Stir part A well before mixing it with part B to ensure proper activation of the sealer.

Apply Deep Seal using a lint-free cloth or a TFC Sheepskin Applicator in thin, even coats, allowing each coat to dry for approximately 2-4 hours. If necessary, apply a second coat for added protection. Allow the sealer to cure for approximately 12 hours before subjecting the floor to traffic.

Please exercise caution during the application and curing process by ensuring good ventilation and avoiding open flames. Keep Deep Seal out of reach of children and pets, and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth. In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.
