Ludovica+Roberto Palomba have once again joined forces to create what is considered a revolutionary concept for the bathroom ecosystem – Kartell by Laufen.

Laufen and Kartell have plotted for years to bring the international market an ultra modern design that is both strong in its material, namely SaphirKeramik, as well as its form.

This ultra modern, square basin has super slim walls that are made with SaphirKeramik  - a super strong composite of engineered ceramic and sapphire.

This basin of 460 x 460 x 185 mm can be used as a counter top basin where there will need to be a hole engineered for the waste portion of the basin; or simply mount as a wall hung basin. To complete the workstation, fit a regular basin mixer to this single tap hole basin.

The waste of a basin is cleverly hidden out of sight, making for a more seamless look in the bathroom, along with the integrated shelving space that automatically doubles up as a counter top.

The sleek, minimalist range is complemented by the type of products that Kartell specializes in:  accessories made from reinforced polycarbonate.

Kartell by Laufen supports a 10-year warranty on manufacture defects. This is hardly surprising seeing as this reputable company has been in existence since 1892. There is a promise of superior quality as each Swiss made basin is carefully checked by personnel prior to leaving the factory.
