THE STORY 

The Boost World is a conceptual space developed by Italian tile specialists Atlas Concorde for the exploration of urban textures. It’s an investigation into how the co-existence of different elements combine in original harmonies that give definition to cohesive contemporary spaces. Boost Mineral, exclusive to Italtile, melds two urban stories: the warmer shades of oxidation and the effects of exposure... boosted by the cooler component of trowelled stone. THE MAKING 

The Boost Mineral range has been mechanically cut – rectified - to achieve precise, uniformly straight edges and consistent dimensions. Each tile is the same size. Boost Mineral will therefore allow very tight grout joints, with grout lines as narrow as 1.5mm, to create a modern, sleek tiled surface and a space with a continuous, unbroken flow.

While each tile appears subtly different, moderate variance from tile face to tile face, with a V3 rating, gives Boost Mineral a cohesive and balanced overall look, with the tiles working together to achieve a homogenous feel.

Atlas Concorde achieves a highly authentic remastering of natural, organic surfaces, but the mastery of the art of tile making can really be seen in under-the-skin engineering. The Boost Mineral range features Atlas Concorde’s unique Sensitech.

In the evolution of safer tile surfaces, Sensitech pushes the boundaries of hi-tec slip-resistant tiles to create a surface with high slip resistant performance.
